Stainless Steel Bent Blunt Dispensing Needles

Material Properties

Component Supply's bent blunt dispensing needles are a 1/2" long with either a 90° or a 45° bend. These high-quality, non-sterile needles are made with a polypropylene Luer hub and stainless steel hypodermic tubing. Polypropylene is a tough, flexible thermoplastic polymer. Hypodermic tubing is stainless steel small diameter tubing, which is full hard, welded and drawn. Stainless steel is a family of iron-chromium alloys with effective corrosion resistance particularly known for their non-rusting attributes. Despite the use of hypodermic tubing, these needles have a blunt tip and are not typically used in actual hypodermic applications. The polypropylene Luer hubs are color coded allowing for the easy identification of needle gauge size.

Applications include use with a manual syringe or with automated equipment.
